Finally, I decided to share this tweak with each and every one of you. Currently, there are two host which opens free on Etisalat Network.
This two host; which are instagram.com and mobile.etisalat.com.ng%2F%3a@41.73.228.136
How To Configure Etisalat Magic Proxy to work with N0.00 On Android
First step you have to take is creating your APN as follows
Account Name: Ewenla
APN: etisalat
Proxy: Leave it Blank or in lame man language (Do not type anything there)
Port: Also leave it blank.
Download Psiphon here
Launch Psiphon Handler for Android
Proxy type should be "Reverse Proxy"
For Proxy Server type instagram.com or mobile.etisalat.com.ng%2F%3a@41.73.228.136
Real Proxy type select "HTTP"
Real proxy server Input instagram.com or mobile.etisalat.com.ng%2F%3a@41.73.228.136
Click Save and Click Tunnel when device when it prompts
Select Region: USA and Click on More Options
Tick "Connect through an HTTP proxy"
Now type in any of this Proxies and Port.

Go back and click connect.
This tweak requires patience, so you have to keeping your juice and wait till it's connected. Meanwhile it loads pages at fast speed when connected.
